ORDERS
All our products are made to order to ensure the highest quality and customization to meet your needs. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled due to our unique manufacturing process.

We always strive to deliver your product within the specified timeframe, but delays may occur for the following reasons:

  • Handcrafting: Our products are carefully crafted by skilled artisans, which may take a bit longer than mass production. However, this ensures that each product is of the highest quality.
  • Material availability: Occasionally, unforeseen delays may arise due to material shortages. We work closely with our suppliers to minimize these risks.
  • High demand: During periods of high demand, processing times may be longer than usual. We are working hard to handle all orders as quickly as possible.

We ask for your understanding in case of any delays and guarantee that we are doing our best to deliver your product as soon as possible with the highest quality.

SHIPPING
We offer fast and trackable shipping within Sweden:

  • If the product is in stock, it will be shipped with PostNord and delivered within 1-2 business days.
  • If the product is shipped from our overseas warehouse, delivery may take 6-12 business days, but you will always receive tracking information via email.

RETURNS
We offer a 30-day right of return on all our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your product within 30 days for a full refund. Contact us at Hej@eyeglow.se and we will assist you with the return process.
