Order
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation will include all details about the products, price, billing, and delivery address.
If there is an error in the order confirmation, you should contact us immediately via email at Hej@eyeglow.se.
Delivery
Our standard delivery times are 7-11 days. Please note! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday.
If delivery delays occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), you should contact us via email: Hej@eyeglow.se.
Prices
All prices in the store are stated in SEK and include 25% VAT.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, misprints in the price list, and incorrect pricing due to wrong information, and reserve the right to adjust the price.
Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a 30-day right of withdrawal, effective from the day you receive the product you ordered.
5.1 To exercise your right of withdrawal:
You must notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice should be sent to us at Hej@eyeglow.se. In your message, your name, address, email address, order number, and which products the return applies to must be clearly stated.
You should immediately, and no later than 30 days after sending the withdrawal notice, return the products to us.
You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return, so the products should be sent well packaged and in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value of the product compared to the original value if the product has been used or damaged.
5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that have been sealed (plombed) for health or hygiene reasons, and the seal (plomb) has been broken by you.
- Products that are of the nature of sealed audio or video recordings, and the seal has been broken by you.
- Custom-made products that have been specially tailored for you or have a clear personal touch according to your wishes.
- Services that have been fully performed, where you explicitly agreed that the service could begin without the right of withdrawal.
- Goods that may deteriorate rapidly, such as food.
- Single issues of newspapers or magazines.

Complaints and Claims
We inspect all products before they are sent to you. If the product is still damaged or incorrectly dispatched upon arrival, we will rectify the error free of charge, in accordance with consumer protection legislation.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective product.
The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.
6.1 How to make a complaint:
Any faults and defects should always be reported to Hej@eyeglow.se, where you provide your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the defect.
If we are unable to fix the problem or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product, in accordance with consumer protection law. We cover the return shipping for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to deny a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. For complaints, we follow the guidelines from the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see arn.se.
Limitation of Liability
We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.
We accept no liability for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances could include labor disputes, fires, war, government decisions, reduced or missing deliveries from suppliers.
Furthermore, we take no responsibility for any changes to the products/product properties made by the respective supplier and other factors outside our control.
Product Information
We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and the final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products, as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to expose the products as accurately as possible.
